Open Door
Parents of children enrolled in the program are welcome anytime they choose to visit. We encourage visits whenever possible. For security reasons parents not yet enrolled must make an appointment before visiting. Once a family is enrolled, the parents are given a code to enter the building.

Snow Days
The schools will make every effort to remain open during inclement weather. In the event that we need to delay an opening or close for the day, a message will be left on the school's voice mail. To confirm the delay/closure please call your respective school. If your school needs to close early, you will be contacted through your emergency numbers.

The school reserves the right to close at the discretion of the Executive Director. This decision would be based upon careful consideration of all health and safety circumstances specific to the reason for closure.

The Department of Early Education and Care requires the schools to close for the following reasons:

• No heat
• No power
• No telephone
• Loss of water

State of Emergency: The schools will normally be closed during an official "State of Emergency", unless all state workers are requested to report to work.

Exception: If a "State of Emergency" is in effect, BUT public schools in our school's respective town is open, our school will be open for the day.

Procedure: A message that is date and time accurate will be posted to the school voice mail for status update messages.

Closings
In addition to the days listed below, we are closed for one week each year. This week will be posted a year in advance, and normally is coordinated with the July 4 holiday.

Payment
The tuition is an annual fee.

Tuition payments are considered a monthly installment of the annual fee, based on 51 weeks (divided by 12), as the school is closed one week during the summer. Monthly tuition payments are transmitted on the 30th of each month (or the closest business day prior to the 30th) for the upcoming month. There will be a $30 return fee applied to your account for any returned EFT transaction.

Tuition payments are obtained exclusively through EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer), credit card transaction (Visa/Mastercard), or through bank draft. Monthly tuition payments remain the same regardless of holidays, vacations, sickness, snow closings or closings beyond our control, for all twelve months.
