Westwood Children’s School

The Westwood Children's School is a developmental program licensed by the Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care (EEC) and accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). The School cares for children ages two months through pre-kindergarten. The children are grouped according to the following:

24 months - 2 years 9 months Toddler II 9/2
2 years 9 months - 4 years Preschool 10/1
4 years - Kindergarten Pre-K 10/1

The Westwood Children's School is a full year program open 7:00am–6:00pm Monday–Friday. The School closes for approximately 12 days each year, as well one week during the summer. In severe weather, the School makes every attempt to open to accommodate working parents and will, if necessary, open late, close early or as a last resort close for the day. Parents may choose from the following options for schedules: 7:00am - 6:00pm, 7:00am - 3:00pm or 9:00am - 3:00pm (Toddler, Preschool and Pre K only).

Parents may elect an extended day, or a full day program. Infants, toddlers and preschoolers are encouraged to attend a minimum of 2 days per week.
